VP of Licensing

Beth Hooker has had over 25 years of experience in the licensing industry, working with high-profile companies including Elvis Presley Enterprises, NASCAR, NHRA, Sanrio/Hello Kitty, Paul Frank, and Mars Retail Group (M&M’s). For 20 years, Beth was responsible for growing the Elvis Presley and Graceland brands into multiple categories worldwide while staying true to the Elvis legacy and preserving the brand. Beth experienced tremendous success growing the brand into a multitude of categories including apparel, accessories, gift, housewares, toys, gaming, and food/ beverage. She spearheaded collaborations with prolific brands including Hello Kitty, Paul Frank, Mars Retail Group (M&M’s), Hershey’s, Hard Rock, Dolce & Gabbana, Lucky Brands, and Fossil. She also developed and managed Elvis co-branded racing programs by building relationships with NASCAR, NHRA, Dale Earnhardt Jr/JR Motorsports, and John Force Racing. Beth facilitated many notable partnerships with popular gaming companies including Scientific Games, Caesar’s Interactive, WMS Gaming, and International Gaming Technology. In addition to her success with growing the Elvis brand, Beth has represented several other highly recognized celebrity brands including Muhammad Ali, Rick Nelson, John Wayne, and American Idol.

Beth played a key role in global brand exposure for Elvis Presley Enterprises through brand extension on multiple digital platforms. She managed the Elvis Presley Enterprises relationship with QVC and was responsible for overseeing the first and only live QVC broadcast from Graceland. She contributed to the success of the official Elvis brand website, Elvis.com, and Graceland mail order catalog by managing licensed product needs. She also helped to further the brand in the entertainment category, by supporting the merchandise development for the Viva Elvis Cirque du Soleil. To further extend the Elvis Presley Enterprises licensing program on a global scale, Beth worked alongside corporate attorneys to oversee efforts to maintain the portfolio of worldwide registered trademarks for the Elvis Presley and Graceland brands. Her work included the development of merchandising programs to support and expand trademark registrations to include Elvis’s most popular song titles.
