Leslie Gordon

Leslie Gordon is a finance and operations leader with over a decade of licensing experience driving growth and improving organizational processes. As Vice President of Finance & Operations at Jewel Branding, Leslie oversees the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and process improvement initiatives. She has led the implementation of systems and workflows to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enable the team to scale effectively while supporting creative and business goals.

In addition to her work at Jewel Branding, Leslie serves as CFO of Artonomo, where she directs financial strategy, reporting, and operations to support the company’s creative and business initiatives.

Prior to her current roles, Leslie founded a consulting firm helping small businesses expand into new markets, refine operations, and strengthen finance and accounting capabilities.

Leslie began her career in finance as an Analyst at Moody’s Investors Services, where she rated large commercial mortgage-backed securities packages. She also gained market experience working at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, deepening her understanding of structured finance and trading operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
