ATLANTA, Georgia – [October 12, 2017] Finlayson, a leader in Nordic design with one of the largest collections of Scandinavian patterns in their archives, has together with 5th Wave Brands, an exclusive global licensing agency for Finlayson, signed with Jewel Branding & Licensing to bring their iconic design and brand name to the US market. In just a few short months, Jewel Branding has already secured new deals in home textiles, quilting fabric and stationery.
Finlayson is a Scandinavian heritage brand with a 200-year history. They are a leading retailer in Finland with new stores opening in Hong Kong and China, and are positioned for tremendous growth around the world. Their globally recognizable patterns are successfully licensed internationally in Europe and Asia and now expanding into North America.
Last month licensee, Lintex Linens, debuted a stunning collection of bed sheeting at the NY Home Textiles market and retailers responded very favorably to the Finlayson iconic prints and aesthetic. Camelot Fabrics will be launching a wide array of quilting fabrics this month at Quilt Market and Leap Year Publishing has recently signed on to develop a range of stationery and calendar products launching in 2018.
